About chasingtheperfectmoment

I love life and laughing really hard at least once a day! My greatest thrill is sharing and encouraging others through writing, educating, photography, love of furry four-legged creatures, nature, ecology and health. As a licensed Community Health Worker, Life Coach, Health and Fitness Coordinator and Associate Director for a national, non-profit, educational organization, an avid reader, aspiring writer and above all else- a human being and fellow sojourner, I find diversity and look for heart in every pocket and corner of life.
